Police have arrested a brute accused of raping a 49-year-old woman during a horrifying armed robbery in Brooklyn over the weekend — but the man insisted he had just been visiting a “prostitution spot.”

Mohammed Izzeddin, 22, of Bay Ridge, was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with rape, robbery, assault and several other charges, according to police.

“I didn’t rape her!” Izzeddin yelled out as police escorted him out of NYPD’s 66th Precinct station house in Borough Park, the Daily News reported. “It’s a prostitution spot!”

The suspect was awaiting arraignment at Brooklyn Criminal Court on Thursday.

The traumatized victim said she hasn’t been able to sleep since Saturday’s vicious attack.

“I had not rested for 24 hours — not at all, on any day since because I could not calm down, and now I am slowly adjusting. I think I may see a psychiatrist next,” the woman told PIX 11.

She and two female co-workers were at an unidentified business near Ninth Avenue and 59th Street around 6 p.m. Saturday, when two robbers allegedly forced their way through the door.

“When I opened the door, the bad guy hit me in the face very hard,” said the victim, who does not speak English.

“I was afraid of hurting the other two girls, so I opened the door for him,” the woman said.

‘Accomplice’ at large

Izzeddin also choked her before he and his accomplice swiped $300 in cash from the business, she claimed.

She had a reddish mark on her cheek where she said the man had hit her, according to PIX 11.

She claimed she was then raped by Izzeddin.

The accomplice, meanwhile, held the two other workers at knifepoint and ordered them to be quiet.

The pair ran off with the money and the woman was taken to a local hospital.

Izzeddin was charged with rape, assault, sex abuse, unlawful imprisonment, forcible touching, menacing and harassment.

The accomplice remains at large.
