IT WAS FINAL 'JEOPARDY!'

5th KC death-party pal: Watching TV

- By OLIVIA LAND and SNEJANA FARBEROV

A fifth friend has come forward claiming he was present at the Kansas City Chiefs watch party that resulted in three men freezing to death in their pal’s backyard — and has revealed new details about the trio’s final hours.

The pal, who has not been named publicly, had joined the group — which included David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36 — at Jordan Willis’ Kansas City rental on Jan. 7 to watch their hometown team play its final game of the regular season.

He arrived at the home at about 7 p.m. and left around midnight — when his four friends were inside watching “Jeopardy!,” the man’s attorney, Andrew Talge, told Fox 4 KC.

Talge’s version of events contradicts a statement from Willis’ attorney, John Picerno, which insisted Willis saw his four friends out at the end of the night, then went to sleep on his couch.

Picerno also said several times that Willis — who allegedly slept on his couch for the next two days, unaware his three friends were frozen in the backyard — only received messages via Facebook Messenger and did not get texts or calls, Fox 4 noted.

According to Talge, however, his client received a text from McGeeney’s fiancée and from Johnson’s mother, both asking about their loved ones.

Their concerns prompted Talge’s client to text Willis and Johnson, but he did not receive a reply, the lawyer claimed.

Picerno declined to comment on the discrepancy, Fox 4 said.

Talge also did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

The bodies of Harrington, Johnson and McGeeney were not found until Jan. 9, when McGeeney’s fiancée requested a police welfare check.

Meanwhile, Johnson’s father said he believes the friends could have been drugged and left for dead.

Ricky Johnson Sr. told Fox News Digital his son was not “irresponsible” and would not have gone outside in the snow without a coat to freeze to death.

“I believe [Willis] drugged them, dragged them outside and waited two days to call police,” Johnson Sr. claimed without evidence.

Picerno trashed the explosive allegation as “ridiculous.”

The Kansas City Police Department said foul play is not suspected as detectives await autopsy and toxicology reports.

Picerno also stressed that Willis and the victims were close friends.

“There’s no allegation of any animosity between Jordan and his three friends,” the attorney said. “People want to speculate, [but] it’s not like anyone ever called the police saying, ‘We’re afraid of this Jordan guy.’”

Picerno did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for further comment Wednesday.
