Judi heads four altar again

-

JUDITH Giuliani has found love again and is getting remarried, Page Six has exclusively learned.

Judith — who was married to Rudy Giuliani from 2003 to 2019, and went through a bitter divorce battle with the former New York City mayor — will tie the knot with energy executive Patrick Cerminara.

A source told Page Six, “Judith and her beau were first seen out in Palm Beach at holiday parties last year. It’s a whirlwind romance!”

Another insider said, “They met at trivia night at the Colony Hotel . . . They’ve been together six months. They hit it off and they’ve been inseparable ever since.”

Judith’s fiancé, of Palm Beach, Fla., is chief marketing officer at PSC Worldwide, a consultancy firm for the oil and gas industry, according to LinkedIn.

Another insider told us that they’ve so far “only told very close friends” that they’re engaged to be married. We hear that there aren’t any details yet on the wedding, as “it’s all very new.”

Giuliani, 69, and Cerminara, 58, were spotted last weekend at a birthday party for publishing exec Victoria Schneps, hosted by society fixtures Jean Shafiroff and Kim Renk Dryer.

A source told us the duo have also been seen “chatting with [Fox News couple] Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt at Bethesda-bythe-Sea,” the church where Donald and Melania Trump got married. “They attend church there every Sunday,” the insider said.

It will be Judith’s fourth marriage. Her bruising divorce from Rudy over a reported $30 million fortune was so contentious, she accused the former politician of swiping her collection of heirloom Christmas decorations. He alleged that she took his cable box so he couldn’t watch himself on TV.

A pal told us of the new romance: “I love that she has overcome the toxic marriage she escaped . . . She has taken the high road and gotten on with her life.”
