MEGAN'S BODY OF WORK

Fox frank on head-to-whoa beauty ops

- By KRISTIN CONTINO

It takes a lot of work to look as good as Megan Fox — including three breast enhancements, a nose job and Botox.

The actress, 37, opened up about her ever-changing appearance on Wednesday’s episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast — where she admitted to undergoing extensive plastic surgery.

“I feel like there’s this stigma, and I’m not going to win,” she said of being frank about her appearance, adding, “I hope it sets some people free.”

The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” star said she had her boobs “done conservatively” between the “first and second ‘Transformers’ ” movies.

“I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids,” Fox — who shares three sons with exhusband Brian Austin Green — later added, confirming that she recently had her implants fixed again due to an issue.

Fox also addressed rumors that she’s had multiple nose jobs.

“I had my nose done when I was in my early 20s,” she said, adding that she’s been accused by fans of having “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”

However, Fox — who also said she’s had Botox and filler — shared that people think her nose looks different because she contours it to “one inch of its life,” making her nose look like “it’s just nostrils like Voldemort.”

She also shared what procedures she hasn’t undergone, telling host Alexandra Cooper, “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind.”

Fox went on to share she’s also never pursued a brow lift (although she’d love to) or buccal fat removal.

As for the rest of her trim body, Fox said, “I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”

Butt wait, there’s more

She added that she’d be “so flattered” if anyone accused her of having a Brazilian butt lift.

“If I could I would. I don’t have the extra body fat,” she said of the procedure, which relocates fat from the stomach to the behind.

Although she’s had multiple procedures over the years, the actress said it’s stressful — “I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia,” she admitted.

And although she told her doctors to give her “1990s stripper t-ties,” her tiny frame couldn’t exactly accommodate the request.

“I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in my body,” she said with a laugh.

“They’re not even that big! They’re a 32D.”
