The knife-wielding menace who allegedly stabbed teen twin sisters — killing one of them — for rejecting his advances outside a Brooklyn bodega surrendered to cops Friday morning, authorities said.

Veo Kelly, 20, of Stuyvesant Heights, turned himself in at the 78th Precinct to face charges in the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Samyia Spain outside Slope Natural Plus on Fourth Avenue near St. Marks Place around 2:20 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

Police charged Kelly with murder, assault and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

As detectives walked him out of the 78th precinct stationhouse and into a waiting unmarked car, Samyia’s older kin, Danasha Goodson, was heard saying, “The bastard that killed my sister.”

“F--k you!” others in the crowd yelled at the accused killer.

Kelly, who didn’t know the sisters, was leaving a nearby catering hall when he allegedly approached the teens as they walked to their local deli — and then attacked them in a rage after they rebuffed his advances, police have said.

He has at least two prior arrests, one from July 2023 when he was accused of attacking his 18-year-old ex-girlfriend at the Pier 25 Marina in lower Manhattan, according to police sources and prosecutors.

He was arrested weeks later and charged with second-degree robbery as well as second-degree attempted gang assault, according to the court document. He was granted supervised release with electronic monitoring, the Manhattan DA’s Office said.

Sources said he was then arrested in September for attacking another woman in Far Rockaway, but the outcome of that bust was unclear.

Last Sunday, the Spain twins, their brother and at least one friend had been taking a break from a family game night to head to the deli and noticed someone following Samyia.

To get him off their backs, Samyia decided to give her Instagram handle to the man. Relatives told The Post the girls had met him earlier in the evening at a local club.

“She said she wasn’t going to follow him back,” Sanyia recalled. “That’s it. She said ‘no.’ ”

That’s when the man, who had been drinking, flew into a rage and stabbed Samyia in the chest. She later died at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, cops said.

Her sister was stabbed in the arm and taken to the same hospital, where she was treated and released.
