A parolee with a lengthy rap sheet was arrested Tuesday for allegedly raping a woman after he followed her inside her Soho apartment building, police and law enforcement sources said.

Ellow Williams, 30, was picked up by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force on the Lower East Side and charged over the disturbing weekend attack on a 23-year-old victim, police and sources said.

Williams (pictured) allegedly threatened to shoot the woman after he covertly followed her into the building shortly after 4 a.m. on Sunday, police said. Before sneaking inside, the sicko hid behind a parked car, according to surveillance footage obtained by police.

The suspect and victim crossed paths on a staircase before Williams allegedly attacked her from behind, sources previously said.

“She enters the apartment with her key fob into the lobby. While the door is still open, the perp runs in behind,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said during a press briefing Tuesday.

“She’s accosted on the second floor, where she was put into a chokehold. Perp threatens to shoot her, she’s sexually assaulted, then the perp leaves. He steals $40 and flees the location.”

The alleged rapist told the victim, “Don’t scream or I’ll kill you, I have a gun,” sources said.

Williams, known to linger around the area, was out on parole at the time of Sunday’s attack, police said.

“He is notable in that he is out on parole for robbery,” Kenny said. “He has an extensive contact with the police. Five collars show up on his record — five in New York City, one in Newark.”

Kenny said Williams, who lives on the Lower East Side, was arrested in the robbery case in December 2019 in Manhattan and later received a 42-month prison sentence and then another 42 months of supervised release.

He’s been busted at least 30 times dating back to 2010, sources told The Post.
