The following cases involving driving under the LQflUHQFH FKDRJHV wHRH RHported by Hilltown Township Police Department:
Sean Glancey, 19, of the 600 block of Campus Drive, Perkasie, was charged with driving under the combined LQflUHQFH RI DOFRKRO DQG D controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a stop sign violation after being stopped at Route 152 and Mill Road about 3:25 a.m. July 15, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .038 percent level and the presence of a controlled substance, police said.
Adam Schultz, 30, of the 100 block of Maple Avenue, Sellersville, was charged with driving unGHR WKH LQflUHQFH DIWHR EHing stopped at a business on Bethlehem Pike near Central Avenue about 8:53 p.m. July 18, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .093 percent level, police said.
Daniele Connolly, 28, of the 500 block of Vine Street, Perkasie, was charged with driving under WKH LQflUHQFH DQG D RHODWHG charge, as well as driving on a sidewalk, police said. The charges followed an accident in which Connolly lost control of her vehicle and it hit a retaining wall in the 100 block of East Walnut Street about 7:13 p.m. Aug. 13, police said. Connolly was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for treatment of injuries and blood testing, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .279 percent level, police said. was stopped on Bethlehem Pike near Schoolhouse Road about 12:29 a.m. Aug. 13, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
The driver of the vehicle said she had left her driver’s license at home and gave a name and address that a computer check found was false, police said. 309, Hilltown Township Police Department said. She had previously been charged with retail theft, police said.
