Teen missing

Elizabeth Ann Hill, 19, who was at a Youth Services group home in the 1600 block of Elephant Road in Bedminster after having been sent there by Delaware County Juvenile Court, walked off the premises about 10:30 p.m. Aug. 25, Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin said.

Hill has long brown hair; is 5-feet 11-inches tall; weighs 177 pounds; has a medium build; and has hazel eyes, police said. She has three scars on her left arm, police said. She was last seen wearing a black camisole, gray sweatpants and a Phillies backpack, police said.

She may be heading toward Chester or Delaware counties, where she has family and friends, police said.
