Leonard Russell Carawan, 23, QR fixHG DGGRHVV, wDV DRrested Aug. 22 for theft and receiving stolen property charges after jewelry was taken from the Sellersville home of a family member, Perkasie Borough Police Department said. Carawan was taken to Bucks County Prison, police said.
