Harassment

Dominque Menichella, 18, of the 3100 block of Bedminster Road, Ottsville, was ticketed for harassment after a 17-yearold was hit in the face in the 100 block of Reliance Place about 9:07 p.m. Aug. 15, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
