Retail theft

Ashley Frey, 23, of the 700 block of Rocky Valley Road, Quakertown, was charged with summary retail theft after more than $70 in merchandise was reported taken from Walmart on Route 309 about 4:07 p.m. Aug. 19, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
