Perkasie Club holds nual

Lions its an- 6:30 t o 8:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 19, 20, 26 and 27, weather permitting.

The tractor-pulled rides start and end at Moods Covered Bridge on Blooming Glen Road near Glenwood Shopping Center on Fifth Street in Perkasie.

Each ride is about 20 minutes long, is not scary, and is geared for children and their families.

Rides are $1 per person. Proceeds benefit the Lions “White Cane Project” for the visually impaired. The Lions will also have refreshments available to purchase during the evening. In addition, the club will be accepting any used eyeglasses that people would like to donate.
