The following cases involving driving under the influence charges were reported by Hilltown Township Police Department:

Sharon Marie Devitt, 52, of the 100 block of Crestwood Court, Sellersvil­le, was charged with driving under the influence after officers received a report an intoxicate­d driver had just left the Hilltown Plaza Shopping Center on Route 113 about 12:46 p.m. Sept. 18, police said. Devitt was found slumped over in her vehicle with her foot still on the brakes on Crestwood Court in the Heritage Green developmen­t, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .362 percent level, more than four times the legal limit, police said.

Thomas Lochetto, 60, of the 900 block of Manor Drive, Dublin, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding after he was stopped for driving 72 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone on Route 113 near Diamond Street about 2:03 p.m. Sept. 21, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .158 percent level, police said.

Michelle Pugliese, 25, of the 100 block of Country Road, Perkasie, was charged with driving under the influence and a traffic violation after being stopped for stop sign and lane violations on Route 152 near Hilltown Pike about 2:21 a.m. Sept. 15, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .088 percent level, police said. tive for marijuana, police said.
