Charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana were filed against David Wilson, 47, of the 300 block of Mountain View Drive in West Rockhill, after officers called to the home for an unrelated incident saw a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe Aug. 16, Pennridge Regional Police Department said.
