Brian Thomas Murphy, of Sellersville, faces charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after he was stopped for traffic violations at Main and Noble streets in Sellersville about 1:10 a.m. Oct. 21, Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin said.
