•“Wild About Whitetails,” which chronicles the biology, natural history and management of Whitetail Deer in the Delaware salley and beyond, will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, kov. 4 at Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center, 105 Seminary Street, Pennsburg.

Kevin Crilley, the Region 2 Environmental Education Specialist for Montgomery County Department of Parks C Heritage Services, will be the speaker.

•“Hand-Made and HandPainted Bandboxes” will be the topic for a family workshop 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, kov. 6 at Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center, 105 Seminary Street, Pennsburg.

Boxes made from wallpaper and recycled newspapers were used as hatboxes and household storage.
