•“Yoga for Cancer Patients, Survivors & Caregivers” will be held 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays, kov. 1 through Dec. 13 at the GsH Outpatient Center at Sellersville, 915 Lawn Avenue.

The instructor emphasizes breathing. Meditation and visualization techniques may be an aspect of the class as well as personal journaling. Poses may be modified to accommodate a student’s ability level. Chair yoga is always an option. Students should always speak with their physician before beginning a yoga practice.
