Charles McSorley, 58, of the 1200 block of West Mill Street, nuakertown, wDV FKDUJHG wLWK GHfiDQW trespass after he returned to a property in the 100 block of Baringer Avenue, Silverdale, about 1:02 p.m. Dec. 8 after having previously been warned he was trespassing and not to return, Hilltown Township Police Department said. 100 block of Prairie Court, nuakertown, was charged wLWK GULYLQJ uQGHU WKH LQfluence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding after being stopped on Route 309 at Bergey Road about 2:55 p.m. Nov. 14, police said. He refused to take a blood test, police said.

Celia Loraine Diaz, 51, of the 300 block of North Main Street, Telford, was charged with driving under the influHQFH RI DOFRKRO, GULYLQJ uQGHU WKH LQfluHQFH RI D FRQtrolled substance and charges related to failing to stop at and report an accident following a two-vehicle accident about 7:05 p.m. Oct. 29 in the area of Bethlehem Pike and Spur Road in which a vehicle hit another vehicle, WKHQ flHG DQG wDV IRuQG GLVabled a short distance away on Unionville Pike, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .160 percent level, police said.

James Hey, 39, of the 400 block of Schultz Road, Sellersville, was charged with GULYLQJ uQGHU WKH LQfluHQFH of alcohol and a registration violation after being stopped about 9:13 p.m. Oct. 13 on Keystone Drive, police said. Blood-alcohol content test- ing showed a .145 percent level, police said.

David Deily, 40, of the 4000 block of Axe Handle Road, nuakertown, was charged with driving under WKH LQfluHQFH RI DOFRKRO DIWHU being stopped on Route 309 near Unionville Pike about 12:56 a.m. Oct. 22, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .243 percent level, police said.

John Reynolds, 42, of the 400 block of Pinecrest Road, East Norriton, was charged with driving under WKH LQfluHQFH RI DOFRKRO DQG speeding after the vehicle he was driving was clocked at 75 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone on Route 309 at Route 113 about 9:52 p.m. Nov. 21, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .116 percent level, police said.

Tyler Pritchard, 41, of the 200 block of HeatherfiHOG DULYH, 6RuGHUWRQ, wDV charged with driving under WKH LQfluHQFH RI DOFRKRO DQG D WUDIfiF YLRODWLRQ DIWHU EHing stopped on Route 309 near Mill Road about 1:13 a.m. Dec. 13, police said. He refused to take a blood test, police said.

Joseph John Flynn, 37, no fixHG DGGUHVV, wDV FKDUJHG wLWK GULYLQJ uQGHU WKH LQfluence of alcohol and careless driving after being being stopped on Route 309 near Bergey Road about 11:08 p.m. Oct. 14, police said. Blood-alcohol content testing showed a .203 percent level, police said. Flynn was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility for a deWDLQHU fiOHG Ey BuFNV &RuQWy Adult Probation, police said.

Matthew Dane, 33, of the 100 block of Middle Road, Dublin, was charged with GULYLQJ uQGHU WKH LQfluHQFH of alcohol and endangering the welfare of a child after an accident in which a vehicle driven by Dane went off the road and hit a concrete driveway culvert in the 900 block of Callowhill Road about 6:20 p.m. Nov. 14, police said. Blood-alcohol con- tent testing showed a .168 percent level, police said. A 4-year-old passenger was in the vehicle, police said.
