Buddhist monks donate blood for the victims of a deadly mass shooting and stabbing, which saw at least 37 people, including 23 children, killed at a child care center on October 7. The 34-yearold assailant was a former police officer who shot himself and his family after police began searching for him following the attack. The man’s son attended the nursery, but his motives remain unknown.
