The latest generation of the Jeep Grand Cherokee advances the model in a premium direction, giving buyers a cabin filled with top-notch materials and technology while not compromising on rugged off-roading capability. Jeep added the plug-in hybrid 4xe variant to the mix this year. It gets 56 MPGE (miles per gallon equivalent) and has 25 miles of all-electric range. Class-leading towing capacity, excellent hands-on driving assist technology, comfortable seating, increased availability of desirable features and elegant design propelled the Grand Cherokee to the top of the ratings.
