Hyundai has packaged the Kona subcompact SUV well. The gasoline-powered Kona’s strong engine delivers an Epa-estimated 32 mpg combined. It also comes in sporty Kona N and battery-powered Kona Electric variants. Steering responsiveness and ride have been improved courtesy of a mid-generation update, which also changed the SUV’S looks and added high-tech safety and infotainment features. Digital Key technology allows owners to use their smartphone as a key. Owners can also schedule charging using the Hyundai Bluelink app.
