Park it for fitness with these outdoor exercises.
Thursday evening, Aug. 10, from 7 – 9 p.m., the Borough of Kutztown’s “2017 Concert Series in the Park” continues with the performance of the Kutztown School District Summer Band.
This group is comprised of the instrumental students from Kutztown Area School District who have spent their summer taking summer instrumental music lessons, and also includes those students, former graduates, and parents who, for love of music, come back each summer to participate in Jazz Band and Concert Band, through the Kutztown School District Summer Band. The performers range from 4th grade students to adults, and is under the direction and leadership of Kathy Mohler, Kutztown Area School District Instrumental Music teacher.
The concert will consist of Jazz Band and Concert Band, both in short concert performances for the audience enjoyment. They will perform the free concert on the Kutztown Park Bandshell stage and hopes to delight all in attendance. Please show your support for these fine student/musicians and come out to see them perform.
