Chef Tim from Trè Locally Sourced of Lehigh Valley, concocted his very own recipe for Moroccan lentil stew, using organic, locally-sourced lentils and other vegetables as well as a variety of warming spices. The soup will be paired with choice of 2016 Chambourci­n (light-bodied, with aromas of cherry and smoke) or 2016 Quaff (semi-sweet, fruity). Know Your Symphony discussion It’s all Mozart Saturday: with the Reading Symphony Orchestra and pianist Boris Slutsky. Know Your Symphony, held 7:30 p.m. in the Highlands at Wyomissing, is a prelude to the concert. Discussion will be lead by Dr. Marie Aline Cadieux, professor of music at Kutztown University. She will look at several of Mozart’s works. Tickets $5. Event sponsored by Penn State Berks and the symphony’s League.
