with mem­ory is­sues: The Lutheran Home at Top­ton is host­ing a six-week se­ries on car­ing for in­di­vid­u­als with mem­ory im­pair­ments such as Alzheimer’s dis­ease. The se­ries be­gins March 12 with a sem­i­nar from 10 a.m. to noon at the Top­ton se­nior liv­ing com­mu­nity, 1 South Home Ave., Top­ton. The ses­sions will be held in the Ro­tunda Con­fer­ence Room. The se­ries, called “Savvy Care­giv­ing,” will be pre­sented by Wendy Scott from the Flem­ing Mem­ory Cen­ter, Al­len­town.
