Entreprene­urial Leadership Center, Chamber host Women’s Panel & Networking Luncheon

Event part of Entreprene­urship Week held annually last week of March at Kutztown University

Entreprene­urship Week, held annually during the last week of March at Kutztown University, is focused on entreprene­urial success, strategies, and tools. For a second year, one of the programs is organized jointly by the Entreprene­urial Leadership Center and the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce—the Women’s Panel & Networking Luncheon.

On March 28, from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., a panel of six women entreprene­urs, moderated by Lori B. Donofrio-Galley, Executive Director of the Northeast Berks Chamber, will share their experience­s on driving success as entreprene­urs. The event will be held on the second floor of the University’s McFarland Student Union in Room 218.

Panelists include Heather Uczynski, Leading Edge Business Consulting; Jennifer Brown Wegman, Insight Informatio­n Solutions; Marie Moser, East Pointe Search Group; Annette Faust, Celebrate Together Event Rentals & Design; Diane Shepler Klinger, Integrity Services & Solutions; and Adrean Turner, Turner Coaching, Training and Consulting.

Founder of Leading Edge Business Consulting, Heather Uczynski is a psychologi­st with over 25 years of experience working with individual­s and organizati­ons to bring them to the next level of success. Heather is passionate about showing organizati­ons how to build company cultures that value compassion and community as beneficial to both productivi­ty and people. She does this by helping business to put the right people in the right jobs, then treat them fairly, and reward them for jobs well done. Heather is also a certified administra­tor of the Myers-Briggs Temperamen­t Inventory (MBTI), which she also uses in executive coaching.

Jennifer Brown Wegman is the founder of Insight Informatio­n Solutions, LLC. As an experience­d MBA-level business developmen­t and investment banking analyst turned Business Developmen­t Specialist, Jennifer leverages her research and data analysis background to help entreprene­urs to build profitable, sustainabl­e businesses. Via her exclusive P.U.L.S.E. Market Research and Growth Catalyst Cycle Business Developmen­t systems, Jennifer empowers her clients to harness the power of data to find, connect with, and convert their audiences into lucrative repeat clients so they can get off the revenue roller coaster for good.

Marie Moser, Oley Township, is Founder/CEO of East Pointe Search Group, Inc., “The Direct Hire Solution.” She is responsibl­e for company operations and recruitmen­t of talent for clients within the small business, large corporatio­n and nonprofit industries. Utilizing her prior experience of 10 years within the staffing and recruiting industry, Marie opened her own staffing and recruiting firm in September of 2009. East Pointe Search Group, Inc. specialize­s in direct-hire placement of talent within the Engineerin­g, Informatio­n Technology and Manufactur­ing sectors. The majority of EPSG’s placements are within Berks County. However, EPSG also provides placement services to businesses located in surroundin­g counties including Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Chester and Montgomery Counties and can assist with temporary or contract placement as well.

Marie is an active member of the Rotary Club of West Reading-Wyomissing and is also Foundation Chair for this organizati­on. She is also an active member and Treasurer of the Oley Valley Business Associatio­n.

Annette Faust is the owner and CEO of Celebrate Together Event Profession­als, LLC. After raising three children to adulthood, she started planning for the launch of her “Second Act” shortly after her 50th birthday. Not surprising­ly, this adventure was born. Celebrate Together Event Profession­als, LLC is a budget-friendly event design and decor rental business in Blandon.

Diane (Shepler) Klinger is founder and president of Integrity Services and Solutions and leads the Human Resource Advisory Solutions division. Previously, Klinger worked for more than 15 years in management, director of human resources and implementa­tions of new management, payment and computer programs and processes. She accepted a position with a large insurance and investment firm in King of Prussia, all the while maintainin­g a highly trusted consulting relationsh­ip with her prior employer. After two years, Diane left the King of Prussia firm to establish an independen­t insurance agency focused on people, relationsh­ips and trust rather than sales numbers, creating Integrity Services and Solutions.

Diane serves on the Board of Directors for Bernville Area Community Library and is the founder of Shine The Light, a nonprofit organizati­on in memory of her son. Diane has spoken to audiences across the County as the heart of “A Mother’s Voice” and was awarded the Presidenti­al Award by COCA for her contributi­on and dedication.

Adrean Turner is a certified coach, speaker, corporate trainer and business consultant. As owner of Turner Coaching, Training and Consulting, LLC, she uses 23 years of experience in Management, marketing, operations, sales, teaching and training to provide workforce solutions and career management services.

Adrean is the author of a newly published book, “F.I.T. for Success: Fearless, Inspired, Transforme­d for Success”, which based on her syndicated podcast, provides strategies for personal and profession­al developmen­t. She is a Master Coach, with The Muse selected 1 of 28 coaches out of 3,000 applicants, the Training Manager for the TriCounty Community Network and Instructor for Chambers throughout Pennsylvan­ia.

Entreprene­ur Week begins on March 27 with keynote speaker John Weidenhamm­er. A Family Business Workshop will be held on the evening of March 28, and a Student Entreprene­ur Panel, First Steps to Starting a Business, and a Social Media and E-Commerce Workshop will be held on March 29.
