Meyers 50th

Mr. and Mrs. David Meyers of Springdale will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 28, 2013, at Elm Springs United Methodist Church.

David Meyers and Mary Pat Kelly were married Sept. 28, 1963, at Elm Springs United Methodist Church by the Rev. Ray Garrison. They have two children, Kelly Page of Gentry and Mike Meyers of Springdale; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

O’Brien 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Patrick O’Brien of Bella Vista are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.

Patrick O’Brien and Mary Banderob were married Sept. 7, 1963, in Grand Rapids, Minn. They have two children, John O’Brien and wife Jami of The Hills, Texas, and Colleen Hassler and husband Brien of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and three grandsons, Vincent, Patrick and Colby.

Spears 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence E. Spears of Rogers are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.

Lawrence E. Spears and Barbara Luann McIver were married Sept. 7, 1963, at the Church of God in Grand Junction, Mich., by Bishop Mack Gentry. They have two children, Wayne Spears and wife Anne of Tulsa, Okla., and Clayton Spears and wife Holly of Bentonville; a nephew they raised, Jimmie C. McIver of the home; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Oglesbee 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Oglesbee of Springdale are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.

Wayne Oglesbee and Donna Reed were married Sept. 13, 1963, at First Baptist Church in West Monroe, La., by the Rev. Dr. Clifton Tennison.

They have three children, Renee Jones and husband Brian of Bella Vista, Kim Calloway of Bella Vista and Michael Oglesbee and wife Mistie of Fayetteville; and four grandchildren.

Ward 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Ward of Bentonville are celebrating their golden anniversary.

Phillip Ward and Charlene Howard were married Aug. 31, 1963, at the Church of Christ in Ypsilanti, Mich. by minister Ronald White. They have two children, Kevin Ward and wife Cindy of Clinton, Mich. and Kim Brunkhardt and husband Bill of Bella Vista; and four grandchildren. Kamdan and Keagan Ward and Ty and Tess Brunkhardt.
