South Walton Spirits thanks patrons for support
Having been a resident for 33 years, Philip Lee has watched Bentonville transform.
“We’ve seen a lot of changes, and it’s good seeing a lot of the new with the old, especially with the growth of the parks and recreation, walking trails, museums, the expanded infrastructure, and less than 30 months ago, we became a wet county,” said Lee, who owns South Walton Spirits with his wife, Christy.
South Walton Spirits has been able to expand its assortment in fine wines, liquor and cold beer and now employs a 10-door cooler instead of the three- and four-door cooler in the original setup.
“We continue to refine the store’s assortment to support our patrons’ needs,” Lee said.
Wines are very popular, but all of the departments do well, according to Lee.
“We enjoy visiting with everyone and seeing people from the community,” Lee said. “We’ve got a lot of parking on the back side of the store as well as the front, and we have a back door that’s convenient for people to get in and out of. We want to thank our patrons for their support.”
South Walton Spirits is located three blocks from the Walmart home office at 1104 S. Walton Blvd., Suite 115, just south of Boomerang Car Wash.
