Arkansas Medical Imaging offers quality medical imaging closer to home

-

The team at Arkansas Medical Imaging has been a vital part of the community for years and is committed to bringing quality medical imaging and the latest technology to people of Northwest Arkansas and their loved ones at more affordable prices.

Arkansas Medical Imaging is bringing an enhanced level of medical imaging to the community — a full women’s imaging experience featuring state-of-the-art technology that will take digital images of a women’s breast (mammography) and allow the breast doctor to see the tiniest detail of the breast tissue, allowing for an earlier and more accurate diagnosis.

If a suspicious spot is found, Arkansas Medical Imaging has an ultrasound and an MRI scanner on-site and can quickly get a person in for a follow-up exam to detect if there is the possibility of breast cancer.

“We continue to expand our efforts to assist in the health care and diagnosis of Northwest Arkansas patients by providing more convenient locations and more tools to take better ‘pictures,’” said Tabby Holmes, a longtime resident of Northwest Arkansas and regional manager for Arkansas Medical Imaging.

“We are thrilled to provide the first 3D mammography, or breast tomosynthesis, the most modern imaging tool for detecting breast cancer, in Benton County,” Holmes said.

The newest imaging center in the Arkansas Medical Imaging family is located at 2000 South 42nd St. in Rogers (off of Interstate 49 at Exit 83). This center provides MRI, CT, ultrasound, bone density and mammography imaging services. Open MRI services are also available at Arkansas Medical Imaging locations in Fort Smith and Fayetteville.
