BENTONVILL­E — Delores Jean “Jean” Bodine, 86, of Bentonvill­e and formerly of Lamar and Sedalia, Mo., passed away Sunday, April 30. She was born Sept. 23, 1930, in Sedalia to the late Lester Vernon Croy and Emma Fay Taylor Croy.

For 63 years she was the adoring wife of the late William T. “Bill” Bodine. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded by her sister, Pat Whitfield and her brother, Dr. Jim Croy. During her youth, her father’s work required frequent relocation which took them to many areas of the country from Ohio to Washington state, before settling in Sedalia.

Upon graduation she married Bill, the love of her life, and soon began raising her family. She was active in the Benton County Senior Center, Lamar Literary Club, teaching Bible school, as a lector in her church and was active in the Daughters of Isabella for more than 40 years.

Her life truly revolved around her husband and all of her family. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Linda Croy of Bentonvill­e; her children, Tom Bodine (Bobbie) of Sedalia, Mo., Michele Sterrett (Creig) of Bentonvill­e, Terry Bodine (Dorothy) of Glen Ellyn, Ill., Tim Bodine (Georgina) of Webb City, Mo., and Chris Bodine (Nancy) of Bentonvill­e; seven granddaugh­ters, Amara, Abby, Arielle, and Kristin Bodine, Kelsi Daniell (Craig), Heather Harrison (Zack) and Jena Sterrett; four grandsons, Andy (Casey), Alex and Zach Bodine and Will Sterrett; her great-granddaugh­ter, Beckham Grace Bodine; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 3, from 5-7 p.m. with Rosary at 6:45 p.m. in the chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonvill­e with interment Friday in Springfiel­d Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery. FARMINGTON — Ola Mae Fortner, age 84, of Farmington gracefully completed her life’s journey Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was born Jan. 27, 1933, in Fayettevil­le to Clyde and Pearl Perryman Hayes.

Ola was a devout Pentecosta­l and loved her church and God. She worked as a CNA at City Hospital for 25 years and then went to home health care. She was a naturally giving, caring person.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Richard Fortner, her sister Norma Louis, two grandsons, Daniel Keith Fortner and Jason Alexander Henson. She will be remembered for her loving heart, her beautiful smile and her gentle touch. She made you feel better just being around her. There was such a peaceful feeling about her.

She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Bohenna and her husband Bob of Goshen, Ark., Beverly McMinn and her husband Danny of Prairie Grove, Ark., Gina Myer and her husband Wayde of Elkins, Ark.; one son, Richard Keith Fortner and his wife Yvonne of Farmington, Ark.; two sisters, Sue Browning of Greenland and Mary Piatt of Iowa; twelve grandchild­ren and several great-grandchild­ren.

Visitation will be 5 p.m.–7 p.m. Thursday May 4, 2017, at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Moore’s Chapel with no graveside service to follow.

FAYETTEVIL­LE — Karen Sue Clark, 53, of Fayettevil­le, Ark., passed from this life on April 25, 2017, in Springdale. She was born April 20, 1964, in Fayettevil­le, Ark. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Mary Ann Clark.

Survivors include her children, Jeremy Clark of Austin, Texas, Annette, Skylar and Tevin Clark of Fayettevil­le, Ark., and Tiara Clark of Little Rock, Ark.; her grandchild­ren, Malaya Logan, Brooklyn and Brandon Waters, Kennedy and Addison Clark; and her brother, Harry Clark, Jr. of Clearwater, Fla.

Karen was loved by everyone and was always the life of the party. Everywhere she went, she would light up the room. She was an exceptiona­l mother and “Grandma Karen” to her family. Karen will be greatly missed by her close cousins, family, and a host of friends.

SPRINGDALE — Jerry Lee Riley, age 80, of Springdale passed away Sunday April 30, 2017, at his home. He was born Aug. 15, 1936, in Lawton, Okla., the son of Walter James and Frances Gage Riley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Terry and a sister Sherry.

He worked for Sears as a serviceman for 35 years.

He is survived by his wife of 61 and a 1/2 years, Mary Ann Riley; a son, Mike Riley of Goshen, Ark.; his two daughters, Debbie Riley and Vietta Gibson both of Springdale, Ark.; a brother, Linden Riley; seven grandchild­ren and four great-grandchild­ren, and was a great husband, father, grandfathe­r and great-grandfathe­r.

ALFORD, Fla. — Rose Ann Ross Ford age 80 of Alford, Fla., passed away April 14, 2017. She was born in Garfield, Ark., on May 21, 1936.

She was a resident of Alford, Fla., for 12 years coming from Fairhope, Ala. Rose attended Alford Baptist Church and worked at Habitat for Humanity. She loved her family fiercely and loyally. Rose also enjoyed helping others, reading, and gardening.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Ross and Dorothy Ellis Ross; brother, Tom Ross.

She is survived by husband Joseph Ford of Compass Lake, Fla.; daughters Karen Cluster of Robertsdal­e, Ala.; Kris Clayton and husband Wayne of Compass Lake; sons Matthew Ford, Marshall Ford, Mitchell Ford and wife Staci of Roseville, Calif.; brothers David Ross and wife Donna of Claremore, Okla.; Bob Ross and wife Cathy of Rogers, Ark.; sister-in-law Susan Ross of Rogers, Ark.; grandchild­ren Sarah Frank and husband D.J., Ryan Cluster, Chelsea Cluster, Makenna Ford, Miley Ford, Makai Ford, Chris Wallace and husband David; and six great-grandchild­ren.

A memorial Service will be held at Garfield, Ark., Church of Christ on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 1 p.m.
