■ All of the original five contestants for the army concentration camp for this division have been eliminated, with the exception of Little Rock, it was learned yesterday. All of Little Rock’s qualifications have proved acceptable to the Army Board that made the inspection of the division, and the single consideration of artillery range is the only thing that has delayed a decision. The importance of this feature, however, has led the board to consider three points east of the Mississippi river for which its three members departed yesterday.

■ Two, rather than one as reported earlier, of the 10 soldiers killed Sunday in a collision of two UH1B “Huey” helicopters at Fort Knox, Ky., were Arkansan by birth. Sgt. Raymond William Colby Jr., 23, of Kennewick, Wash., was born at Little Rock but his family moved away in his first year. The other Arkansan was Joe Keith Hornberger, 20, of Manila, son of Joe Hornberger, the Manila postmaster. Funeral and burial arrangements are incomplete but will be by Muller Funeral Home at Kennewick, with burial there.

Seventy-eight percent of the secondary and 87 percent of the elementary school teachers responding to the Little Rock Classroom Teachers Association survey said they saw behavior problems increase this year. More than 80 percent said they felt that central office administrators limited their principals in dealing with errant students.

■ A leisurely afternoon break for tossing around a plastic flying disc preceded the Little Rock shooting Thursday in which a man is accused of killing his cousin, a witness said. On Friday, Little Rock police identified the victim as Travis Wilson, 25, of 16 Torey Pines Drive, who was at work at Oxford Graphics, 7900 Colonel Glenn Road, when he was shot by his cousin, Andrew Wilson, 30, according to witnesses. Waving a black revolver, Andrew Wilson began to chase Travis Wilson through the business, which does screen printing on clothing, witnesses said.
