Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Curtis Scott Harris, 28, of 15135 Phelps Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with criminal possession of explosives. Harris was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Ty Phillips, 19, of 484 N. Rocky Crossing was arrested Tuesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. Phillips was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

A structure fire was reported at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday at 345 N. Walnut Ridge Lane.

A structure fire was reported at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday at Uptown Fayetteville apartments at 3959 N. Steele Blvd.

A stolen vehicle was reported at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday at 12511 Little Elm Road.
