Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Employee handled raw meat and moved to another task without washing hands in between; employees must always wash hands after handling raw meat before handling other utensils, equipment or hot-holding trays. The drop guard on the interior of the ice machine has a buildup of possible mold.
Noncritical violations: There is a condensation leak in the walk-in freezer; this was an issue during the opening inspection that should have been corrected prior to opening. Ice is built up on the freezer door and door frame; unit will be checked to ensure all components are working properly and seals are working as designed.

A handwashing sink shall be maintained so it is accessible at all times to employees to use, and for no other purposes other than handwashing such as dumping ice and having a contaminated cloth on the faucet. No prepared sanitizer on-site at the time of inspection. Beans were on the steam table holding at 98 degrees; need to be reheated to 160 degrees.

Warewashing machine did not have proper sanitation levels at the time of inspection; the chemical sanitation shall be at 50 to 100 ppm. Chicken patties in hot holding were recorded at 115 degrees; potentially hazardous foods shall be held hot at 135 degrees or above. Multiple items have wrong discard date on products such as lemons, ham and bean salad; foods shall receive a date on seven days and then shall be discarded; repeat violation.
Noncritical violations: Wet wiping towels were found at the handwashing sink and the salad sink; hand towels shall be stored wet in sanitation buckets.
