BELLA VISTA — Ronnie
Sanders, 71, beloved father, and world’s best story teller was called to his eternal resting place on Dec. 10, 2017. He entered this world on Feb. 8, 1946, in Clovis, N.M., born to Calvin and Lucy Sanders.
He attended Eastern New Mexico University where he graduated with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and micro-biology. It was there he met and married his college sweetheart Barbara Keener. They married Sept. 8, 1968.
He worked as the manager of operations for both Holly Sugar and Crystal Sugar for 14 years before leading operations for several Ethanol companies. Before retiring he was the director of operations for Hastings Utilities for 13 years.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hastings, Neb., for 30 years where he served as head of deacons for 10 years. He and wife Barbara also attended Village Baptist Church in Bella Vista, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his parents Calvin and Lucy Sanders; and father-in-law Wilburn Keener. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Sanders of Bella Vista, Ark.; daughter, Tammy Flohr and husband Eric of Bentonville, Ark.; son, Chad Sanders of Dickerson, Texas; sister, Gloria Morris and husband James of Sugarland, Texas; five grandchildren, Emily and Lauren Flohr of Bentonville, Ark., Courtney Harvey and Cody Goertz of Santa Fe, Texas, and Tyler Goertz of Denton, Texas; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place Thursday, Dec. 14 from 5-7 p.m. at the Steed-Todd Funeral home in Clovis, N.M., Funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 15 at 1 p.m. at SteedTodd. Graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.

FAYETTEVILLE — Ricardo Dujuan Arciga,
age 35, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017. He was born March 9, 1982, in Springfield, Ore.
He is survived by his mother and father, Alyson and Deward Miller of Hazel Valley, Ark.; three sisters, Nicole Brown of Farmington, Ark., Hebe Elkins of Prairie Grove, Ark., Terra Berios of Hazel Valley, Ark.; maternal grandparents, Tom and Glema Corcoran of Malvern, Ark.; aunts and uncles, Jesse and Vicki Corcoran of Malvern, Ark., and Tom and Janet Corcoran of Oakridge, Ore.

FAYETTEVILLE — Linda
Ann Bonamego peacefully passed away on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. Linda was surrounded by family and friends. Linda was born to Anthony and Anzelma Bonamego on Jan. 1, 1950, at 12:01 a.m., the first baby born that year in Van Buren County, Mich.
In 1968, Linda graduated from Lawrence High School; upon graduation, she entered the Borgess School of Nursing where she completed the nursing program in 1971. She worked in southwestern Michigan as a registered nurse. Linda also had a passion for fashion and design that she studied at Michigan State University. She moved to Fayetteville, Ark., in 2010 to be closer to her grandchildren.
She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville, Ark. Linda enjoyed tending to her plants, reading, fashion/design, nature, antiques, and her favorite pastime was attending her grandsons’ sporting events.
Linda was a wonderful, kind, caring person, and a credit to her profession. She leaves a void and will be missed by all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her two children: Lora Tucker (Sean Jones) of Live Oak, Fla., and Steve (Allison) Tucker of Conway, Ark.; two grandchildren: Jackson and Carson Tucker of Conway, Ark. Brothers Louis Bonamego of Lawrence, Mich., Anthony (Rita) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sister, MaryAnn Bonamego of Lawrence, Mich.; nieces and nephews: Monica Bonamego of Pipersville, Pa., Adrianne Bonamego Zarnegin of Beverly Hills, Calif., Maurice Bonamego of Chicago, Ill., John (Paulette) Bonamego of Mount Pleasant, Mich., Rosanna Sellers of Salt Lake City, Utah, Louis Bonamego (Yuka) of Tokyo, Japan.

FAYETTEVILLE — Ivan
Gooding, age 80, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017. He was born April 3, 1937, in Fayetteville to Alvin and Lilly Roberts Gooding.
He is survived by his companion, Cathalene Edens; step-daughter, Cathy Sisemore of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

GREENLAND — DeAnna
Stokes, 60, of Greenland passed away Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, in Fayetteville. She was born March 29, 1957, in Springdale to Max and Mary McCool Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Mary Moore.
DeAnna married Earl Stokes on June 30, 1983, at the Eureka Springs Baptist Church. She worked at Washington Regional Medical Center since Sept. 8, 1975, and was so loved by all of her co-workers. DeAnna loved being part of Bikes, Blues & BBQ and hosting Battle of the Bikes with her family for 13 years.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Stokes of the home; her son, Preston Earl Stokes and wife, Amy; a brother, Jimmy Moore and wife, Brooke; a sister, Vickie Hopkins; a nephew, Kelly Hopkins and his wife, Mirinda; great-niece, Alissa; great- nephew, Rylee; a niece, Samantha Robinson and husband, Clint; and great-niece, Lyla.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, at the funeral home. LINCOLN — Jerry
Duane Bowerman, age 67, of Lincoln, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, in Fayetteville. He was born July 25, 1950, in Fayetteville, the son of Gene and Lucille Dutton Bowerman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Janet Bowerman and a brother, Gary Bowerman.
He was an employee of Sweetser Properties for 32 years. He was a farmer, carpenter, a man of God and never met a stranger. He was a member of Unity Covenant Church in West Fork where he also served as a door greeter. He was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Cindi Bowerman; three daughters, Luci Johnson and husband Chris; Becky Doss and Leah Bowerman all of Lincoln; one son, Greg Bowerman and wife Shawnna all of Lincoln; eight grandchildren, Marti, Grayson, Dalton, Chase, Taylor, Garrett, Destiney and Gage; a sister, Geneva Harp and husband David of Springdale; a great-grandchild, Hadley Doss and numerous nieces and nephews.

ROGERS — Joseph
William Cook, 75, of Rogers passed away Dec. 10, 2017, in Springdale, Ark. He was born Jan. 16, 1942, in Delphi, Ind., the son of William Joseph and Betty Brown Cook. Joseph served in the United States Army. Survived by his daughter, Kelly Renee Cook of Rogers; and son, Curtis Cook of Rogers; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. ROGERS — Juanita Mae Murphy, born Aug. 23, 1924 in Meramic, Mo., to Edgar H. and Rosa Jane (Furr) Brown. She passed away on Oct. 12, 2017, surrounded by family in Orem, Utah.
Juanita was first married to James Otho Brimer in 1942 in Wewoka, Okla.
She loved flowers and was a wonderful Florist. While working at Murphy’s Flower Shop in Springdale, Ark., she met and married M.L. Pat Murphy in 1965. Being a strong businesswomen she bought, developed, and sold property in Northwest Ark.
She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Survivors include three children, James Brimer, Ronald Brimer, and Sandra (Brimer) Wells; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Her ashes were placed by her Mom and Dad in Mt. George, Ark.
ROGERS — Susan Kim
60, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Dec. 10, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was born April 4, 1957, in Atlantic, Iowa, to Donald and Dorothy (Andersen) Jespersen.
Susan was a barber/hair stylist in Bentonville, Ark., for over 30 years. Her devoted customers meant so much to her. They were her world. She was always thinking of others and was fiercely loyal to her family and countless lifelong friends.
Susan was raised on an Iowa dairy farm and learned the value of hard work which proved to be evident in all aspects of her life. She had a gift for growing beautiful flowers which were enjoyed by all. She graduated from high school at Elk Horn-Kimballton Community School in Elk Horn, Iowa. She attended American College of Hairstyling in Des Moines, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Jespersen; grandparents; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Susan is survived by her son, Keith Scott of Bentonville, Ark.; grandson, Kason; her mother, Dorothy Jespersen of Rogers, Ark.; three sisters, Diana Lindsey of Des Moines, Iowa, Peggy Woolard and husband, Larry of Bentonville, Ark., and Donna Bame and husband, Charles of Rogers, Ark.; one brother, Ronald Jespersen of Bentonville, Ark.; nieces and nephews, Sarah, Brian, Brooke, Tyler, Jonathan, Thomas, Ryan and Abigail and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 15. 2017, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers.

ROGERS — Nancy
Thompson, age 74, died on Dec. 9, 2017, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab Care Center in Rogers, Ark. Originally from Odessa, Texas, she was born on March 29, 1943, to the parents of Clarence and Georgia Wicks.
In April 1985, Nancy married Lloyd Thompson. They enjoyed spending quiet evenings with each other (and their schnauzer, Razz) in their home until Lloyd’s death in 2006.
Upon graduating from Big Springs High School, she worked for Zale’s in El Paso, Texas, where she developed a lifelong affinity for jewelry. Nancy also worked at Best Sports Inc. for many years. She spent most of her life cheering for the Hogs on Saturdays, as she was a longtime member of the Razorback Foundation.
She was also known for the many years she spent officiating young women’s softball games in Fayetteville. Above anything else, Nancy was a Dallas Cowboys football fan and never missed a game, even in the last few weeks of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family whether it was just a short visit over Starbucks coffee or a trip to the Catfish Hole. Over the last year she learned to love bird and squirrel watching from her window.
In addition to her late husband, her father and mother, Clarence and Georgia Wicks, preceded her in death. Her daughter, Teresa Black, son-in-law, Byron Black, and granddaughters Emily and Bailey Black, of Rogers, Ark., survive her. She leaves behind one sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Bill Hansen of Rochester Hills, Mich., and their daughter, Lindy Hansen who resides in Nashville, Tenn.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, Dec. 15 at 2 p.m. at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale, Ark. The family welcomes friends to attend this service.

ROGERS — Gerald (Jerry)
Walter Reamer formerly of Kendall, N.Y., joined the Lord on Dec. 11, 2017.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy during World War II. Jerry married Alyce Spychalski in 1948, and they were proud parents of three sons. He was a retired postmaster in Kendall, serving 27 years.
He proudly served the Kendall community for most of his adult life, organizing Little League baseball, serving on the School Board of Education, and was a mainstay and proud member of the Kendall Volunteer Fire Department. He was a lifetime member of the Kendall United Methodist Church.
He leaves his sons; Steve (Jane), Mike (Mary Ellen), and Jeff (Barb) Reamer, nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his loving wife, Alyce, sister, Lois DeWaele and his parents Walter and Edith Reamer.

A memorial service will be held at Oakley Chapel United Methodist Church, 203 Promenade Blvd., Rogers on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at 10 a.m.

SPRINGDALE — James
F. (Jim) Robinson, 84, of Springdale, Ark., met his Savior on Nov. 29, 2017, in Springdale. He was born July 31, 1933, in Hartwell, Ark., to James M. Robinson and Elise B. (Potter) Robinson.
He is preceded in death by parents; his wife, Elizabeth Ann Oswalt; two brothers, William D. (Bill) Robinson and Donald F. (Don) Robinson.
Jim is survived by three sisters, Rosie Lilly of Farmington, Ruthie Flint of Owasso, Okla., and Linda R. Cook of Springdale; sister-in-law, Jean Robinson of St. Joe, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was of Baptist faith. He was a gentle, thoughtful, loving, brave and witty person. We will miss him very much. Thankfully he is now with Jesus Christ, and at peace. No more suffering from “M.D.” that ravaged his body and made life so difficult every single day. We are so thankful he was part ours in this life, and will forever be a part of us in heaven.
