South Carolina improved to 4-1 in SEC home games.

In addition to Arkansas, the Gamecocks have beaten Mississippi State, Auburn and Missouri in Colonial Life Arena.

South Carolina’s only SEC home loss is No. 1 Tennessee, 92-70, on Jan. 29.

“Obviously disappointed with the outcome, but let’s give credit to the South Carolina team,” Arkansas Coach Mike Anderson said. “I thought they did what they had to do to protect the home court.

“They’ve been really good at home.”

Arkansas fell to 3-4 in road games, including 2-3 in SEC play.
