■ Keith Dobbs, 30, of 503 Madison St. in Huntsville was arrested Monday in connection with breaking or entering, theft of scrap metal and criminal mischief. Dobbs was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

■ Stephen Wayne Rapier, 45, of 2340 WMB Franklin Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a minor. Rapier was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

■ Mario Lazo, 28, of 1114 S.E. E St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lazo was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
