Mindi Dearing has been named compliance manager for Beaver Water District. She earned a bachelor of science in biological science from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater; a master’s in business administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. She holds a class IV water treatment operator and a class IV water distribution operator license through the Arkansas Department of Health.
Ana Eastman, RN, recently was named director of cardiology at Washington Regional Medical Center. She is responsible for managing, directing and planning all clinical functions of the delivery of care within the cardiology nursing unit. Eastman earned a bachelor’s of science in nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg.
Amber Boyd, MRC, LPC, of Bentonville, earned the registered play therapist-supervisor credential conferred by the Association for Play Therapy. Applicants must have earned a traditional master’s or higher mental health degree from an institution of higher education, 150 clock hours of play therapy
training, two years and 2,000 hours of clinical experience, 500 hours of supervised play therapy experience and be licensed or certified by their state boards of practice to become a registered play therapist.
Dr. Aswanth Reddy recently joined the team at Mercy Clinic Oncology in Fort Smith. He received his doctorate from Chengalpattu Medical College in India and served his residency in internal medicine at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Mass. He received a fellowship in hematology and oncology from the University of Connecticut Health at Farmington. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, International Society of Thrombosis and American Medical Association.
