The 2020 Komen Ozark Virtual MORE THAN PINK Walk®

Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Rogers and Saturday, October 3, 2020 – Fort Smith We invite you to join us this year for an innovative virtual event. Whether you participate for your friend who is newly-diagnosed, your sister living with breast cancer, for yourself as a survivor, or in memory of a loved one, we are stronger when we join together. While we may not be able to walk side-by-side, we can come together virtually to share our stories, support one another, and raise money to save lives. The MORE THAN PINK Walk® in Rogers and Fort Smith will be going VIRTUAL for the first time. While the pandemic has cancelled many important moments in our lives, our mission to end breast cancer isn’t cancelled, and neither is our Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk®! Here’s what to expect at this year’s event:

• Walk where you are! We will not be gathering; instead, we encourage you to walk in your neighborhood, local park, or wherever else you’re able to socially distance with your family, friends, and team members.

• Download our mobile app Google Play or Apple App Store that will allow you to track your steps, post pictures directly to social media, earn badges, download social media filters, and so much more.

• Together we will set a collective step goal for the MORE THAN PINK Walk. You can take your steps a little at a time, or all at once on event day.

• Remember to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter so you can connect with others who share your passion to take action against breast cancer.

• And on the event days, Saturday, September 12 at 10 a.m. and Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m., connect with your Komen community online for a day of inspiration. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this interactive and moving time for all participants.
