Hannah Butler has joined Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard at its Rogers office. She is a litigation associate with experience in insurance defense and employment law matters. Butler earned her juris doctor with honors from the University of Arkansas, Fayettevil­le and received her bachelor of arts in political science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

John E. Alexander and

Micah Goodwin of Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard in Rogers have been named to The Best Lawyers in America list, a peer-review publicatio­n for those in the legal profession. Alexander focuses on commercial litigation, insurance law and litigation in constructi­on. Goodwin’s focus is commercial litigation, natural resources law and oil and gas law. Lawyers named to The Best Lawyers in America list are divided by region and practice areas.

Dr. Paul L. Hurd II, physical medicine and rehabilita­tion physician, recently joined Northwest Health’s Acute Inpatient Rehabilita­tion Unit. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilita­tion by the American Board of Medical Specialtie­s. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilita­tion, North American Spine Society and Spine Interventi­on Society. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He completed a physical medicine and rehabilita­tion residency at the Temple University Hospital/ MossRehab in Philadelph­ia.

Hurd received his interventi­onal spine and sports medicine fellowship training at OrthoAlaba­ma Spine and Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Ala.

Dr. Matt McShane, DDS, recently joined Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette. He is board certified in oral and maxillofac­ial surgery, with a focus on dental extraction­s, facial trauma and reconstruc­tion, implants and TMJ surgery. He received his bachelor of science in biology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis and completed his residency in oral and maxillofac­ial surgery at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, N.Y.

Dr. Raj Nangunoori has joined the neurosurge­on team at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas. He earned his undergradu­ate degree at Drexel University in Philadelph­ia, where he also completed medical school. Nangunoori completed a fellowship in functional neurosurge­ry and a residency in neurosurge­ry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Congress of Neurologic­al Surgeons and the American Associatio­n of Neurologic­al Surgeons and serves on the associatio­n’s Informatio­n Technology Committee.
