CBHMF welcomes new agents
George Brace, Managing Broker for the Rogers office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to welcome Brett Gareau and Amanda Johnson.
Brett and his wife have very recently moved to Northwest Arkansas from West St. Louis County, Missouri. As a 40+ year resident of Missouri, the idea of relocating to a new state was a nervous one, but one that they were already enjoying immensely. Their daughter is currently a freshman at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee where she is playing softball and studying to become a nurse.
Before transitioning to real estate sales, Brett spent 25 years in the restaurant/hospitality industry with some of the largest restaurant companies in the Midwest. His entire professional life has been in the pursuit of exceeding his customers’/clients’ expectations. Brett believes this has served him very well with his home buyer/seller clients. He bases all of his business decisions based upon what’s best for his clients.
As well as serving the entire Northwest Arkansas area, Brett is also licensed in Missouri. Brett says, “I am very much looking forward to guiding all of my clients through the entire buying and selling experience while upholding all of the standards and ethics of a professional realtor.” brett.gareau@coldwellbankerhmf.com
Born and raised in the great state of Arkansas, Amanda loves the little corner of the world that is Northwest Arkansas. She is passionate about many things; community, volunteering, animals, and the golden rule. When it comes to real estate, she thoroughly enjoys helping people find their perfect space to call home, as well as helping them start a new chapter in their lives by selling one. Amanda says, “It gives me great pleasure to be able to educate my buyers and sellers with the knowledge that they need to make informed decisions concerning their home buying needs.”
In her spare time Amanda enjoys running her small, local business Bumbles & Boots Custom Creations. She also loves hiking, kayaking, camping, traveling, and loving on her three pups Dakota, Otis and Millie! amandajohnson@coldwellbankerhmf.com
