BOYS BASKETBALL HUNTSVILLE 52, ELKINS 47
The Eagles claimed a big road win Monday night as three players scored in double-figures.
Hunter Davidson led the way for Huntsville with 21 points. Hayden Dotson and Slayter Watkins scored 10 points each.
GIRLS BASKETBALL VILONIA 54, FAYETTEVILLE 44
Lauren Patterson scored a game-high 19 points to lead Vilonia to a 10-point win Tuesday at Fayetteville.
Kenzie Floyd added 15 for Vilonia, who outscored Fayetteville 27-21 in the second half.
Caroline Lyles led Fayetteville with 13 points and Claudia Bridges added 10.
BENTONVILLE WEST 61, LR CENTRAL 33
The Lady Wolverines dominated from the start and rolled over Little Rock Central on Tuesday.
West exploded for a 17-5 lead in the first quarter and led 37-15 at halftime.
Savannah Rangle led the way for West with 18 points and Laynee Tapp added 15. Elyse Smith led the way for the Lady Tigers with 17 points.
MANSFIELD 58, HACKETT 38
Makayla Strutton put together a triple-double, pouring in a game-high 25 points to go with 11 rebounds and 10 steals to lead the Lady Tigers to the win on Monday.
Danielle Lillie added 19 for Mansfield (9-3).
ROGERS 50, RUSSELLVILLE 42
The Lady Mounties put together a strong second half to rally for the nonconference road win.
Rogers (7-3) trailed 25-23 at halftime, but turned that to a 35-32 lead after three quarters. The Lady Mounties then hit 9 of 10 free throws in the fourth quarter to pull away for the win on Tuesday.
Camiran Brockhoff led a balanced scoring attack with 15, while Ava Maner added 12 for Rogers.
The Lady Wampus Cats rolled to a big nonconference win against Fayetteville on Monday.
Conway had four players in double-figures and hit 11 3-pointers. Jaiden Thomas led the way with 19 points that included five 3-pointers. Chloe Clardy scored 18, and Savannah Scott scored 12 and Haylee Malcum 10.
Fayetteville’s Claudia Bridges scored 17 points. The Lady Bulldogs trailed just 20-18 in a fast-paced first quarter, but Conway seized control in the second quarter and closed the game with a 27-point fourth quarter. Wynter Beck added 12 points for Fayetteville.
ALMA 50, LAMAR 23
Chloe Trusty scored 18 points to lead the Lady Airedales to a nonconference win Tuesday.
Loryn Kelley added 16 for Alma (5-4).
Karley Williams led the way for Lamar (6-1) with 16 points. The game was Lamar’s first game since Dec. 4.
