CBHMF welcomes new agents to NWA offices
George Brace, Managing Broker for the Rogers office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Lynn Butterfield, Allison Smith and Jessica Copeland have joined his team.
Lynn is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator. He has 39 years of experience in real estate sales and development. His vast experience ranges from luxury sales through commercial sales and leasing. Perhaps more importantly, he focuses his attention on client success, whether he’s helping someone buy their first home, or working with a developer seeking assistance to create and position a large project in the marketplace. One recent client said, “Working with Lynn is almost like working with a Real Estate Attorney, because he knows exactly what to look for, so you can be protected!” Another firsttime home buyer just said, “I needed someone to hold my hand through this because it’s the largest investment we’ll ever make!
I know he isn’t in this just to make a quick buck. He really cares about his clients!”
Lynn also invests in the community. He is a former planning commissioner, trustee for Venturecapital.org, trustee for Special
Olympics and still volunteers as a member of a collegiate woman’s gymnastics program floor staff.

Allison is originally from Stuttgart, right outside of Little Rock, and moved to Bentonville in 2009. She has over three years of
Real Estate experience in Central Arkansas, and is excited about the opportunity to serve customers in Northwest Arkansas.
She and her husband, Chad, are blessed with two children.

Doyle Yates, Managing Broker for the Fayetteville office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Justin Kelly has joined his team.
Justin was born and raised in Mena, Arkansas, where he grew up on a farm where they had horses, cattle and chickens. He moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2009, and now is here to help his clients with all of their Real Estate needs.
Justin has been married to Ashley for eight years now, and they have two boys together; Rocco, 9 and Sebastian, 6. As far as hobbies go, he loves to do anything outside, especially camping, floating, hunting, fishing and riding horses.
