Bella Vista is known as a location for retirees who want to stay active by playing golf, participating in different social clubs, swimming, fishing, hiking, nature walks, bird watching, etc. Concordia sets in the middle of this environment and allows seniors to have all of Bella Vista POA amenities (fully paid) at their fingertips without the hassle of maintaining a home.
Peace of mind is important to both the resident and the family member. We have a 24-hour emergency system with staff who are ready to answer a call.
Concordia houses the state’s only Independent Retirement Community full-time nurse who serves as the Director of Health Services. Our nurse plays a vital role in helping our residents and their families, find services such as, a new physician, home health, rehabilitation, or other service(s) that are needed in order to maintain an independent lifestyle. Our nurse is often compared to that of a health concierge. With hundreds of health services available to senior adults in Northwest Arkansas, our nurse stays aware of the services and products that are available to make seniors lives easier, whether it be mentally, physically or spiritually.
Our nurse also manages our In-House, In-Home care program, Concordia Concierge Services.
Our Concierge Services offer numerous helpful services ranging from laundry to pet walking, medication reminders to shower assistance. Each resident has the opportunity to create a customized plan that meets their individual needs or wants! Many of our seasoned residents use our Concierge Services so they can eliminate essential tasks (like laundry) and focus on enjoying their retirement!
Concordia’s dining room offers our residents a restaurant experience, close to home. Our kitchen is staffed with experienced professionals who love creating a daily memorable meal. Each resident is greeted by our Dining Room’s hostess and sat at one of our window facing tables. Our dining room has amazing 180 degree views of Bella Vista! Not only do our residents have new daily menu items to choose from, they also have the perk of our grill menu that is offered M-F during lunch. With so many options, every resident is sure to leave satisfied!
