ROGERS — Iva Lou Bean,

passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 28, 2021, at 5: 15 p. m. Iva was born December 17, 1931, in Bennington, Oklahoma, to Henry and Ruth Young. She is survived by her beloved sister, Toney Bell Garrett, her daughters, Pam Duncan, Rhonda (Paul) Mattingly, Sheila (Eric) Pool, a proud grandmothe­r of seven grandchild­ren and ten great- grandchild­ren. She was preceded in death by her son, Roy Lynn, her husband and two grandsons.

Iva and her husband, Roy spent the first 10 years of their marriage in Dallas/ Ft. Worth, then moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1960, with plans to raise their children on a farm and to start their own business.

Iva was devoted to her husband, Roy, sharing a lifelong commitment of love for 70 years. She adored her children and all of her family, who will remember their mother and grandmothe­r as a woman with a strong faith in God and an enormous heart for others. Her family is thankful for Circle of Life Hospice, their caring staff made the last few days easier in the difficult time of saying goodbye. We will sorely miss her, but we will also take joy in rememberin­g her contagious laughter, love, hugs, and kisses, along with that sparkle in her beautiful eyes.
