Southern Tradition selcomes new agent Stacy Gardner

Stacy Gardner was born and raised in Arkansas, earning a BA and a BS at Arkansas Universities before heading to Washington, DC. During her almost two decades in the nation’s capital, she had the privilege of working at the US Capitol for two US Congressmen. She counts among her greatest joys, her time as a stay-at-home mom raising her son, Grant.

Northwest Arkansas was the perfect choice when she decided to return to her home state. The thing she loves most about this area is that it’s big and growing fast but retains its sense of community and that’s something that is very important to this one-time smalltown girl. Stacy’s favorite thing about this region of the state is that it has something to offer everyone. NWA is a place where anyone from anywhere can find a place to fit in. You’ll often hear her tell clients that it’s a melting pot of cultural diversity right here in Arkansas.

As a realtor, Stacy understands how no two transactions are exactly the same. Each client deserves their own unique approach to meet their unique goals. In her free time, Stacy loves spending time with her son Grant and her labradoodle Minne. She especially enjoys spending time on Beaver Lake, hiking all around NWA in search of waterfalls, and home decorating.
