70, of Bella Vista. Born July 26, 1951, in Harrisburg, to Lloyd and Lucille Deckard; both preceded him in death. Died December 11, 2021. Billy was an Army veteran, serving in Vietnam.

Preceded in death: brother, Allen; sister, Kathy.

Survivors: brother, Lonnie (Nancy); several nieces and nephews.
