Caleb Blue, a worker for OG&E, ties in the phases on a newly set power pole Monday on Massard Road between Phoenix and Rogers avenues in Fort Smith. Mike Newman — a foreman who was onsite along with Blue, Jacob Branscum, Nathan Workman and Travis Earnhart — said the pole will soon feed electricity to the Panda Express being constructed nearby.
