Jennifer Bingaman recently joined Black Hills Energy as manager of utility construction for Arkansas. Bingaman was previously an engineering manager. She is chairwoman of the Arkansas Gas Association Board of Directors, has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and is a licensed professional engineer in Arkansas.
Robin Mizell recently joined Black Hills Energy as community affairs manager for Arkansas. Mizell is past president on the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Harding University in Searcy and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Brian Stone was recently named executive vice president, procurement and inventory, for America’s Car-Mart, Inc. Stone joins the company after 20 years with CarMax. Santana Campbell has joined the staff at Stone Bank in Harrison as a customer service representative/teller. She was formerly with Anstaff Bank in Harrison. She received an associate degree in business administration and accounting from North Arkansas College in Harrison. Rindy Crump has been named director of the TRIO Student Support Services STEM Grant at the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith, a federally funded program providing academic and personal support services to a combined 260 eligible students. Crump has been a member of the university’s staff since 2019.
