BENTONVILL­E 63, SPRINGDALE 55

Aden Waller and Jaylen Lee had 16 points apiece as Bentonvill­e won the Republic (Mo.) Tournament title Saturday with a victory over 6A-West Conference rival and previously unbeaten Springdale.

The Tigers (5-0) bounced back from an early 20-18 deficit to take a 36-33 halftime lead, then extended that to a 49-42 margin after three quarters.

Caden Miller added 15 points for Bentonvill­e, which returns to Missouri for a tournament Thursday at Blue Springs. Courtland Muldrew led Springdale (51) with 22 points, while Isaiah Sealy added 21.

OZARK CATHOLIC 50, GREENLAND 39

Ozark Catholic bolted to a 22-7 lead and claimed fifth place with a win over Greenland during the Duel at the Dome tournament in West Fork.

Will Buron had 14 points for the Griffins (15-2), who led 30-15 at halftime. Jackson Holmes was next with 13, while Peyton Goldschmid­t chipped in 10.

LEAD HILL 74, OARK 34

Quintin Sewell had 24 points to lead three Lead Hill players in double figures as the Tigers stormed past Oark in 1A-1 East Conference action at Lead Hill.

Lead Hill (4-11, 2-1) claimed a 20-6 lead after one quarter and outscored Oark 28-9 in the second quarter for a 48-15 halftime cushion.

Augustin Lahauf added 12 points and Jayce Williams 11 for the Tigers.

KINGSTON 68, MOUNT JUDEA 29

Kingston had four players in double figures as the Yellowjack­ets jumped on Mount Judea early and claimed their second 1A-1 East Conference win this week.

Kingston (8-5, 2-0) bolted to a 27-9 lead, then outscored Mount Judea (0-5, 0-2) 22-7 in the second quarter for a 49-16 halftime cushion.

Chism Floyd led the Yellowjack­ets with 15 points, followed by Joshua Cooper with 14, Colton Clemons with 11 and Caiden Fancher with 10.

BENTONVILL­E 76, ROLLA, MO. 57

Caden Miller had a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds Friday as Bentonvill­e defeated Rolla in the semifinals of the Republic (Mo.) Tournament.

The Tigers (4-0) took over the game in the third quarter when they outscored Rolla 23-7 and turned a seven-point halftime lead into a 51-28 cushion.

Miller led four Bentonvill­e players in double figures as Mofe Sam Adelusimo added 12 points while Jayvn Williams and Aden Waller chipped in 10 apiece. Williams had eight of his points in the first quarter and helped the Tigers build a 20-11 lead.

BERRYVILLE 55, VALLEY SPRINGS 44

Berryville outscored Valley Springs 21-12 in the fourth quarter to pull away and claim a nonconfere­nce victory at home.

The Bobcats (6-2) led 11-10 after one quarter and 24-19 at halftime before the Tigers (9-9) pulled within 34-32 to close out the third quarter.

D.J. Colbert had 22 points and Jake Wilson added 19 for Berryville, which won its fourth straight game. Kaden Horn was the only Valley Springs player in double figures with 16.

ELKINS 66, DOVER 31

Trace Keller scored 22 points to lead Elkins past Dover on Friday.

Steven Holland added nine points and Trey VanAmburg eight points for the Elks (4-2), who outscored Dover 3014 in the second half. Lance Standridge had 16 to lead Dover.

Elkins will host Gentry in a game on Tuesday.

SILOAM SPRINGS 55, HUNTSVILLE 43

The Panthers handed Huntsville its first loss of the season Friday night by outscoring the Eagles 24-4 in the fourth quarter.

Troy Lambert had 12 points and Mason Davidson 11 for Huntsville (4-1). FS Northside 43, Denton, Texas 40 The Grizzlies rebounded from an earlier loss to Rock Hill to top Denton on Friday in the Lewisville (Texas) Tournament.

Pum Savoy led the way for Northside (4-3) with 16 points. Denarion Whitmore finished with 9 points.

Against Rock Hill, Savoy had 13 points and Whitmore added 10.

SPRINGDALE HAR-BER 48, DUMAS 36

The Wildcats raced to a double-digit win against Dumas.

Jaxon Conley led the way for Har-Ber with 23 points. Kase Chambless added 9 for the Wildcats (4-1).

Rogers Heritage 62, Springfiel­d Parkview 60 (2 OTs)

The War Eagles held on for a close win.

James Isbell led the way with 22 points for Heritage.

BENTONVILL­E WEST 62, O.D. WYATT (TEXAS) 47

The Wolverines went 2-0 in the Red River Hoopfest and improved to 5-0 on the season with a win on Saturday.

LIFE WAY CHRISTIAN 63, DECATUR 40

Grainger Wilson had 35 points to lead Life Way to a nonconfere­nce victory.

Caleb Binnis added 11 points for the Warriors ( 5- 8), who will host Ozark Mountain to begin 2A- 1 Conference play Tuesday.

HAAS HALL-FAYETTEVIL­LE 56, FAYETTEVIL­LE CHRISTIAN 54

Haas Hall-Fayettevil­le needed a second-half comeback to defeat Fayettevil­le Christian in nonconfere­nce play.

Fayettevil­le Christian led 27-21 at halftime, only to have the Mastiffs go on a 20-11 run in the third quarter and claim a 41-38 lead.

Joshua Ofodule had 18 points for Haas Hall, followed by Jayden Phebus with 11 and Max Sherwood with 11. Justus Osbon had 20 points for Fayettevil­le Christian while Joseph Gonzales chipped in 10.

PRAIRIE GROVE 51, BERGMAN 48

Prairie Grove outscored a short-handed Bergman team 16-10 in the fourth quarter to defeat the Panther during Thursday’s action at the Duel in the Dome at West Fork.

Dylan Friend had 13 points to lead a trio of players in double figures for Bergman (12-3), which played its second game without its two leading scorers. Walker Patton missed because of illness and Kaden Ponder was out with an injury.

The Panthers, however, had a 2516 halftime lead before Prairie Grove closed the gap to 38-35 to end the third quarter.

Bryson Bauer added 12 points and Sawyer Schubert 10 for Bergman.

WALDRON 70, DOVER 55

Lidge Stinson and Trenton Hunt combined for 39 points to power Waldron to a win over Dover at the Booneville Bearcat Classic.

Stinson led the Bulldogs (8-0) with 21 points. Petey Justice and Ethan Mayberry finished with 13 and 12, respective­ly.

Lane Standridge led Dover with 21 points. Wesley Dale and Andrew Masters finished with 12 apiece.

JACKSONVIL­LE 66, ALMA 52

Jason Cox scored 15 points to pace Jacksonvil­le to a win over Alma Friday at the Benton Holiday Classic.

Alma (0-5) whittled a 29-point halftime deficit to 11 in the fourth quarter.

The Titans (3-2) used an 18-0 firsthalf run to build a 40-11 halftime lead.

Camden Curd and Miles Kendrick led the Airedales with 10 points each. Israel Towns-Robinson and Easton Boggs had eight apiece.

ACORN 39, OZARK 28

Acorn’s best player from a year ago, Damian Bohlman, is now launching 3- pointers for Champion Christian College.

And his old team, after a tough start, is beginning to find its way. Noah Holland had 16 points to lead the Tigers (5-4) to a win over Ozark — Acorn’s fifth straight win.

Acorn, 29-11 in 2021-22, will play Waldron in the finals of the Booneville Tournament.

Landon Wright and Koby Wilbanks had eight points each for the Hillbillie­s (2-4).

LAMAR 71, HECTOR 58

Sophomore Ben Noonan had a 19 points and 15 rebounds Thursday to pace Lamar to a win over the Hector Wildcats.

Lane Miller led all scorers with 23 pints and nine rebounds. Dougan Smith added 12 points and six assist.

P.J. Henderson and Noah Stanak led Hector with 13 and 12 points, respective­ly.

FS SOUTHSIDE 71, VAN BUREN 59

The first four minutes of the fourth quarter were too much for Van Buren to overcome against Southside.

Up one at three, the Mavericks used a 10-1 burst to take control.

Jaxon Cazzell led the Pointers (3-2) with 18 points and five rebounds. Drew Brasuell had 15 points, and Glavine McDonald added nine points and five boards.

LAVACA 45, SUBIACO 41

Alex Hobbs and Andrew Johnson scored 17 points apiece Thursday to power Lavaca into the finals of the Golden Arrow Classic.

Lavaca’s win over Subiaco extended the Golden Arrows’ record to 6-2. The second time the Golden Arrows have beaten the Trojans this season.

Barrett Newton led the Trojans with 16 points. Nic Saunders added nine.

CEDARVILLE 47, FOUNDERS CLASSICAL 41

Lane Hightower scored 21 points to pace Cedarville to a close win over Founders Classical. Teammate Bryce Breeden added nine points for the Pirates (1-4).

Ayden Barrow led the Spartans (38) with 15 points. Founders Classical (Bentonvill­e) got 11 points from Landon Courtney.

BOONEVILLE 60, DANVILLE 40

Colter Fisher and Raiden Ferguson combined for 37 points in Booneville’s 20-point rout of Danville in the consolatio­n round of the Bearcat Classic.

Fisher led the Bearcats (3-3) with 20 points.

Jaxon Brents led Danville (1-4) with 14 points.

WALDRON 44, SUBIACO 33

The Bulldogs’ busy week included a conference opener with Subiaco Friday.

Spliced between the semifinals and finals of the Booneville Classic Thursday and Saturday, Waldron’s Trenton Hunt hit for 16 points in the Bulldogs’ win over the Trojans Friday.

Teammate Lidge Stinson added eight.

FOUNTAIN LAKE 49, CLARKSVILL­E 31

Fountain Lake coasted to a win over Clarksvill­e.

Jeremiah Estep and Hayden Clark had seven points each for the Panthers. Teammates Israel Delarosa and Gage Reed added six points apiece.

The Panthers travel to Waldron Tuesday.

MULBERRY 49, MAGAZINE 42

John Henslee had 19 points to help Mulberry roll past Magazine.

The Yellowjack­ets’ Brycen Marvin added 12, and Dominic Belt had nine points.

GENTRY 48, CEDARVILLE 43

Addison Taylor and Garrett Jech scored 14 points each to pace Gentry to a win over Cedarville.

Hayden Morton led the Pirates with 16 points. Lane Hightower added 13.

WESTERN YELL 51, MANSFIELD 43

Drew Minnie scored 14 of his gamehigh 19 points in the final quarter to pace the Western Yell Wolverines to a win over Mansfield.

Clint Stovall led Mansfield (3-3) with a team-high nine points. Zachary Haslip added eight.

FARMINGTON 79, ALMA 45

Layne Taylor and Sam Kirkman combined for 49 points as Farmington defeated Alma in the Benton Classic in Benton.

Taylor led the way with 28 points while Kirkman followed 21 points in seven 3- pointers. Caleb Blakely added 13 points for the Cardinals (9-0).

Taylor scored 43 points in a 65-45 win over Benton and 42 points in a 74-42 win over Jacksonvil­le in other tournament games at Benton.

GIRLS BENTONVILL­E 50, CARTHAGE, MO. 32

Ella Campbell became Bentonvill­e’s career 3-point shooter, and the Lady Tigers made it a clean sweep with three wins in the Carthage (Mo.) Lady Tigers Shootout.

Campbell hit six 3-pointers Saturday and now has 121 for her career, breaking the previous mark of 119 set by Riley Hayes, now at Arkansas-Fort Smith. She finished with 20 points and was the only Lady Tiger in double figures.

Bentonvill­e (5-1) jumped out to a 17-6 lead, then outscored Carthage 13-8 in the second quarter and 14-2 in the third for a 44-16 cushion.

VALLEY SPRINGS 58, GREENBRIER 42

Macy Willis scored 9 of her 12 points in the fourth quarter as Valley Springs pulled away for a win Saturday at Greenbrier.

Valley Springs (11-6) led 30-22 at halftime, but Greenbrier pulled within 40-35 before the Lady Tigers went on an 18-7 run over the final 8 minutes.

Camie Moore led Valley Springs with 17, while Eliza Drewry added 10.

SPRINGFIEL­D (MO.) KICKAPOO 65, HARRISON 58 (OT)

Harrison managed just two free throws in the overtime period and fell to Kickapoo during the Willard (Mo.) Tournament.

The Lady Goblins (2-4) led 30-22 at halftime and 42-29 after three quarters, only to be outscored 27-14 in the fourth quarter to force overtime in a game that had 58 fouls called and 82 free throws taken.

Brooklyn Mitchell hit four 3-pointers and finished with 23 points, 12 in the second quarter, to lead Harrison, while Clare Barger added 15.

BENTONVILL­E 54, WEBB CITY, MO. 42

Bentonvill­e outscored Webb City 15-8 in the fourth quarter to pull away and claim its second victory in the Carthage (Mo.) Lady Tigers Shootout.

The Lady Tigers (4-1), who hit 10 3-pointers in the game, led 18-15 after one quarter and 32-22 at halftime before Webb City pulled within 39-36 to close out the third quarter.

Ella Campbell had four 3-pointers and finished with 15 points to lead Bentonvill­e, followed by Anna Lee Kulka with 12, Olivia Rustad with 11 and Sam Rhuda with 10.

GENTRY 63, PARIS 30

Alyssa McCarty poured in a game-high 29 points, including 21 in the first half to lead the Lady Pioneers to the big win.

McCarty hit seven three-pointers in the game. Kaitlyn Caswell was also in double figures with 12.

Gentry led 41-22 at halftime. Jayden Wells led Paris with 11.

REPUBLIC, MO. 61, HARRISON 48

Republic pulled away late in the fourth quarter and defeated Harrison during Friday’s action at the Willard (Mo.) Tournament.

Republic, which is ranked sixth among Missouri’s Class 6A schools, led 27-19 at halftime and 48-38 through three quarters. Harrison (2-3), however, was within six points with 5 minutes remaining before Republic pulled away.

Clare Barger had 18 points for the Lady Goblins, followed by Brooklyn Mitchell with 13 and Shaylee Ward with 10.

FORSYTH, MO. 54, BERRYVILLE 46

Forsyth claimed a first-half lead and made it stand en route to a victory over Berryville in a tournament game at Blue Eye, Mo.

Forsyth led 16-13 after one quarter and extended it to a 32-24 halftime lead.

Hannah Youngblood led Berryville (2-2) with 17 points, followed by Kaylin Smith with 13 and Mia Thurman with 10.

LIFE WAY CHRISTIAN 55, DECATUR 28

Sydney Brunner poured in a game-high 23 points to lead Life Way to the big win.

Lydia Roughley was also in double figures with 13. Annabelle Bell led Decatur with 10.

GRAVETTE 71, LINCOLN 11

Gravette jumped to a 24-1 lead after a quarter and rolled to the easy win.

Brook Handle led three Lady Lions in double figures with 16 points. Alexa Parker added 13 and Dalacie Wishon 10. Gravette (1-0) led 50-2 at halftime.

STAR CITY 44, ALPENA 35

Mahogany King had 12 points to lead Star City to a victory over Alpena in a game played at Drew Central in Monticello.

Star City led 11-8 after one quarter, 2213 at halfitme and 36-24 through three quarters.

Cassidy Ohler led Alpena (5-9) with 11 points.

VAN BUREN 46, GRAVETTE 43

Aspen Cone poured in a game-high 20 points, including 11 in the fourth quarter, to help Van Buren edge Gravette.

Camryn Schmidt and Jaci Odom added nine points each. Brook Handle led Gravette with 16, including four three-pointers.

FARMINGTON 82, MARION 35

Farmington roared to a 23-7 lead after one quarter and defeated Marion 82-35 to win the championsh­ip of the Hot Springs Invitation­al on Saturday.

Four players scored in double figures for Farmington, which improved to 8-0 on the season. Jenna Lawrence scored 18 points followed by Reese Shirey with 12 and Kaycee McCumber and J’Myra London with 10 apiece.

Lawrence scored 24 points to lead Farmington past Bentonvill­e West, 53-31 in a semifinal game on Friday. Zoey Bershers and Shirey followed with eight points each for Farmington, which led 14-9 after one quarter and 24-14 at halftime.

Farmington opened tournament play in Thursday with a 66-21 win over Watson Chapel. Lawrence had 25 points for Farmington, which led 26-4 after one quarter.

KINGSTON 57, FLIPPIN 49

Lila Hartness had 26 points as Kingston rallied in the second half Thursday night and earned a home victory over Flippin.

The Lady Yellowjack­ets (6-6) trailed 15-9 after one quarter but pulled within 27-24 at halftime. Kingston then outscored Flippin 18-11 in the third quarter to claim a 42-38 lead.

Paige Randall added 11 points and Jaidyn Head 10 for the Lady Yellowjack­ets, who will return to action Monday against Lead Hill in the 66th annual Anstaff Green Forest Holiday Tournament.

NIXA, MO. 52, SPRINGDALE HAR-BER 44 (OT)

The Lady Wildcats battled Nixa tough but were outscored 9-1 in overtime in a loss Friday night.

Pacious McDaniel scored 17 points and pulled down 6 rebounds for Har-Ber (2-1). Delaney Roller scored 11 points and had 6 rebounds.

FORSYTH 54, BERRYVILLE 46

The Lady Bobcats lost a close game to Forsyth on Friday.

Hannah Youngblood led Berryville (2-1) with 17 points. Kaylin Smith scored 13 and Mia Thurman finished with 10.

FS NORTHSIDE 52, OLATHE (KAN.) WEST 24

Erianna Gooden scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Lady Bears onto the finals of the Kansas tournament.

Gooden did most of the damage from the free-throw line, scoring 12 of her 23 points.

Karys Washington added 11 points for Northside (3-0).

SPRINGDALE 58, PARKVIEW 54

The Lady Bulldogs rebounded from their first loss of the season to edge Parkview in tournament play

Charleen Hudson scored 20 points to pace Springdale (4-1) and Kaelyn McCoy finished with 14.

FS SOUTHSIDE 60, MOUNT ST. MARY 39

The Lady Mavericks rolled to a nonconfere­nce win on Friday, topping Mount St. Mary by double digits.

Sophia Neihouse led the way for Southside (3-1) with 22 points and 12 rebounds. She also had 4 blocks and 4 steals. Sierra Smith added 15 points and 5 rebounds for the Lady Mavs.

LAVACA 70, PARIS 56

Katie May scored 20 points and three other players scored in double figures to power Lavaca to a win over Paris in the semifinals of the Golden Arrow Classic.

Anna Davis had 1 points for the winners (7-3). Emerson Schaefer had 15 points, and Lily Kate Williams tallied 13.

Brailey Forst had a game-high 25 points for Paris (3-4). The Lady Eagles’ Jayden Wells and Annabelle Perry added 14 and 11, respective­ly.

The Eagles’ Preslee Bowman had six.

ALMA 60, BEEBE 23

Presli Taylor and Jordan Gramlich combined for 34 points on 12-of-23 shooting as Alma rolled to a win over Beebe Thursday at the Benton Holiday Classic.

Taylor was 6-of-7 from the 3-point line and finished with 18 points in just 12 minutes of playing time. Gramlich had 16 points, five assists and four rebounds for the winners (1-1).

Halena Dugger added eight points, including two 3-pointers. Alma shot 36 percent from the 3-point line. Gramlich, Haven Welch, Kylie Poole and Anna Dunaway also connected from deep.

BENTON 54, ALMA 40

The Lady Panthers outscored the Lady Airedales, 18-5, in the final eight minutes to hold on for a 14-point victory Friday.

Presli Taylor and Jordan Gramlich led Alma (1-2) with 12 and 10 points, respective­ly.

Alyssa Houston led Benton (3-2) with 18 points.

MANSFIELD 48, ACORN 32

Mansfield took control of Acorn thanks to a 15-0 second half run that carried the Lady Tigers to a win over Acorn at the Booneville Bearcat Classic.

Natalie Allison led all scorers with 15 points. Alyson Edwards finished with 11 points, seven rebounds, and three assists for the winners (7-0). Teammate Kynslee Ward scored eight points and dished out a team-high seven assists.

Daisy Dollar led Acorn with eight points.

DOVER 53, BOONEVILLE 44

Sophomore Logan Young scored a career-high 27 points to help lead Dover to a win over Booneville at the Bearcat Classic.

Kenzie McCrotty added 18 for the winners (6-0).

Alexis Franklin led the Ladycats (2-4) with 21 points.

DANVILLE 48, WALDRON 29

Little John’s junior Addey Wright scored 21 points as Danville topped Waldron at the Bearcat Classic.

Frida Campos added 11 for the winners (2-3).

Daleigh Hunt led Waldron (1-7) with 12 points.

LAMAR 61, HECTOR 55

Lamar spotted Hector an early lead Thursday before erupting for 30 second quarter points en route to a win, the team’s sixth without a loss.

Morgan Cochran hit for 22 points to lead the winners. Kori Sanders had 13, and Karley Williams and Madison Davidson contribute­d with eight apiece.

The Lady Warriors’ Shae Taylor and Bailee Cowell had seven and three points, respective­ly.

MOUNTAINBU­RG 68, HAAS HALL-ROGERS 8

Anna Hilla and Kaitlyn Beauford scored 11 and 10 points, respective­ly, to power Mountainbu­rg to a win over Haas Hall-Rogers Friday.

Eden Dean and Kailey France scored nine points each for the Lady Dragons (6-1).

Mountainbu­rg travels to Cedarville Tuesday.

OZARK 55, WESTERN YELL 33

Briley Burns scored 17 points and Ozark used a game-ending 22-7 push to roll past Western Yell County for its first victory of the season.

Lauren Bailie had 10 for the Lady Hillbillie­s (1-5).

Kynlee Millard had 11 points for the Lady Wolverines.

MULBERRY 55, JOHNSON CO. WESTSIDE 46

Katlynn O’Bar had 19 points and Georgia Fields added 14 in Mulberry’s victory over Johnson County Westside.

Lyndsi Wilson and Ashtyn Conley added five points apiece.
