ROGERS — Rosemary Alberty,

age 100, of Rogers, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 16, 1923, in Tulsa, Okla., to Roy and Elsie Ford. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Bluford William Alberty; daughter, Sheryl Mae Malham; her three brothers; and her sister.

Rosemary lived a life that was exemplary of the Lord. She built a foundation of faith that supported her through her 100 years of life. She was steadfast in her time of prayer. Every day she would pray for each member of her family and anyone who needed prayer. Rosemary was also a woman of gratitude and expressed that gratitude daily. Rosemary had the innate ability to make any person she came across feel like the most special person in her life. She had a heart of love and acceptance and never passed judgment. These qualities aided her work at Restoration Village Women’s and Children’s Shelter. She had a true passion for the women and children she ministered through her years.

Rosemary is survived by her children, Wayne Alberty and wife Donna of Owasso, Okla., Beverly Engle and husband David of Little Flock, Ark., Cyndi Bradt and husband Corby of Bella Vista, Ark.; son-in-law Terry Malham of Broken Arrow, Okla.; grandchildren, Gregory (Jacinda) Alberty , Sasha (Michael) Eng, David (Bob) Engle, William (Carrie) Engle, Marquette (Aaron) Babyar, Jonathan (Adrienne) Engle, Natalie (Kevin) Tibbs, Jeff (Debbie) Malham, Jay (Tracey) Malham, Jon (Charity) Malham, Shane ( Mendy) Roth, and Barrett ( Amy) Bradt; 34 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and a host of extended family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, March 6, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers. A private interment will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulsa, Okla.
