Kim Guinn has been promoted to vice president, branch operations at First Community Bank’s full-service branch location at 5100 W. Park Ave., Suite 124 in Rogers. Guinn will oversee all aspects of operations for the branch. She was most recently in treasury management sales at First Community Bank.

Dawn Turner recently joined Baptist Health Foundation as the development and special event officer for the nonprofit organization’s operations in western Arkansas. Turner will coordinate and implement the foundation fundraising efforts in the River Valley. She earned a master of business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2013.

Aric Reed, senior project executive at Bernhard’s office in Fayetteville, was recently named to the Consulting-Specifying Engineer 2023 40 Under 40 list. Reed received a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from Kansas State University and is enrolled in the master of science for engineering management program at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Mark Martin, professional engineer, has joined TOLM Group, a full-service construction and engineering firm headquartered in Central Arkansas, as director of engineering. Martin will lead design and supervise engineering projects, teams and clients throughout Arkansas and other parts of the United States. He will be working out of the TOLM Group office in Springdale. Martin received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
